Bespoke sofas made to measure
From a drawing, a sketch or a photograph to your room, in 6 to 10 weeks. We work with private clients, designers and architects: we propose dimensions, fillings and materials, manufacture in our factory in Freamunde and deliver assembled.
How it works
Initial conversation
A coffee at the Carvalhosa showroom or a 30-minute video call. We leave with your brief in writing: typology, room dimensions, daily use and deadline.
Proposal and drawing
You receive a proposal with technical drawing, dimensions, fillings, materials and production schedule. There is no price list: every sofa is quoted in detail.
Samples at hand
Fabrics (Group 2 to 7), leathers (Leather 2/3) and woods (beech, oak, walnut) sent to your door in Portugal and Spain, or couriered internationally, before you commit.
Production tracked
Photographs at every stage — CNC cutting, frame, stitching, final upholstery — so you can follow your sofa being made from start to finish.
Delivery and installation
Specialised logistics, on-site assembly and protected finishes. Each piece is hand-signed and shipped in dedicated packaging.
