Our sofa factory: 5,000 m² in Paços de Ferreira.
CNC cutting, sewing benches, hand-upholstery lines and documented quality control on a single floor, where one-off pieces and contracts of hundreds of units are made side by side. Guided factory visits in Freamunde, by appointment.
Millimetric CNC cutting
Panels, timber profiles and frames are cut on computer-numerical-control machinery. Tolerances under 0.5 mm guarantee perfect joints before a piece ever reaches the bench.
Hand stitching and upholstery
Every piece is covered by hand by our upholsterers and seamstresses, with decades at the bench. Leather tension, velvet pleating, cushion corners: the final adjustments are tailoring work.
Delivery and installation
We pack, ship and assemble. On larger projects we send our own installation teams, from Freamunde to the final destination, in Portugal or abroad.
Production capacity
From a single sofa to a contract covering hundreds of rooms. On the same factory floor we produce for private homes, hotel groups and international brands who put their label on our work — all to one quality standard.
